How to make donuts
Ingredients: 110g low-gluten flour, 70g high-gluten flour, 16g butter, 40g fine sugar, 1.25ml salt, 5g milk powder, 1 egg yolk, 90g water, 7g baking powder, 250g oil, appropriate amount of powdered sugar.

2. Pour in water again, and stir evenly with a whisk. Mix low-gluten flour, high-gluten flour and baking powder.
3. Knead into dough and leave it for half an hour
4. Press the dough into 0.6-1cm and leave it for fifteen minutes
5. Use a doughnut sharpener to cut out the shape
6. Heat the oil pan to about 190 degrees and fry it until both sides are golden. When one side is fried, it needs to be turned over in time.
7. After the fried doughnuts are drained, they can be dipped in powdered sugar for decoration after cooling, and then ready to be eaten.
