Step 1: Shake watch for 15 seconds, pull out crown; Step 2: Turn crown anti-clockwise for 4 laps first, then turn again to set time; Step 3: Push back crown to original position; Step 4: Press buttons to set day & date; Step 5: Turn crown clockwise to wind-up the watch(about 10 laps, DO NOT OVER-WIND,will damage the watch).
